Who this is for

three kinds of founders. one pod.

The career changer

you've always wanted your own place.

You don't want a $700K loan and a ten-year lease to find out if you're good at it. A pod lets you start at a tenth of the risk.

The multi-unit operator

you already run locations.

A pod is a low-capex way into a new market or daypart, and adds a plant-based brand to your portfolio without a build-out.

The site owner

you control the dirt.

A plaza, a brewery lot, a campus edge, an office park that lost its café. A pod turns dead space into the reason people show up.

The investment

Pod vs. build-out

Questions

what founders ask first.

The money

What does $99K actually include?

The pod ($80K, built to our Essentials spec), the franchise fee ($15K, locked for the first 50 founders) and the launch package ($4K: opening inventory, training and your soft launch). You own the pod outright. Working capital, your site agreement, insurance and local permits sit outside the $99K.

What are the ongoing fees?

A 6% royalty on sales and a 2% brand marketing fund. Both are already in the P&L on this page. There's no technology fee: POS, KDS and telemetry come with the pod.

What happens after pod #50?

The franchise fee rises to $25K and the pod to $130K. Founders keep their pricing.

How much can a pod make?

Our pre-launch benchmark for a mature pod is 100 orders a day at a $12.50 average ticket, about $37,500 a month in revenue and $10,725 in projected net after the royalty and brand fund. That is a projection, not a promise. Financial performance representations are made only in Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document.

The pod

Where can it go?

Anywhere a flatbed can park it with power and water nearby: plazas, waterfronts, campus edges, brewery lots, office parks. Ventless UL 710B cooking means no Type 1 hood or grease duct.

What about winter?

R-20 walls, a heated floor and backup propane keep the line at temperature. Solar carries the daytime load in summer heat. It serves 365 days a year.

What if the site doesn't work?

You move. The pod sits on a trailer chassis with ISO corners, and any flatbed relocates it for about $500.

How long from signing to opening?

Pods are built in sequence. Denver, Los Angeles and Miami open first in Q2 2027, then 15 more cities through Q4 2027. Install takes 48 hours from flatbed to first wrap.

The work

Do I need restaurant experience?

No. One operator runs it with 30 minutes of morning prep and a 45-second assembly. Training is in the launch package, and HQ ships the sauce formulas and spice kits.

Is the menu really 100% plant-based?

Yes. Falafel, tandoori cauliflower, jackfruit shawarma and spiced lentil, seven free toppings, six housemade sauces and a new country every month. No animal products, no exceptions.

How do I reserve a pod?

Fill in the three steps on this page. We send the Franchise Disclosure Document, book a call, and after the required 14-day review period a signed agreement and deposit hold your city and build slot.
